Hey y’all! I’m Ann-Alyce, but everyone calls me Anny :)
I’ve always been a small-town girl with big dreams. What started as a love for beauty and connection has grown into a lifelong career—11 years in the industry and 4 years as the Owner of Blonde Anny Studio. This Studio is more than just a business to me; it’s the heart of my passion, creativity, and vision for what a beauty space can be.
My family is undoubtedly the center of my heart! I’m married to Derek, Mama to Dean, and Bonus Mom to Rylee. My family keeps me grounded, motivated, and inspired every day.
My nails are always done, the playlist at the Studio is usually curated perfectly — since music is basically one of my love languages! Organizing brings me peace (yes, really lol) and Lagree workouts at Tremble are how I stay connected with my community + strong!
Hair will always be my art, but what fuels me goes beyond the chair. I’m passionate about color theory — how the right shades not only complement our features but also elevate the way we feel about ourselves. I love exploring fashion and trends. I believe each season of life offers us new ways to enhance our natural beauty and learning to embrace that is powerful.
I’m also deeply inspired by the balance of motherhood and career; finding calm and fulfillment in both. I’m always listening to podcasts & audiobooks on success stories, learning about growth, resilience, and how to avoid burnout while still chasing dreams.
As my journey continues to evolve, my time behind the chair has become more intentional and limited, so that I can balance my energy with the growth of the Studio. This season is about supporting my team, using my time with purpose while making my big dreams a reality!
