CANCELATION POLICY
Your appointments are important to us!
They are reserved especially for you! We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary: therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee of 50% of the service.
A credit card is required to hold your appointment. You are not required to pre-pay for your appointment (unless requested by stylist). There will be a 4% service charge on all credit card transactions. To avoid the inconvenient fee, we will accept Checks only, while we consider ourselves a “Cashless” small business.
** This does not include gratuity. Our stylists humbly accept gratuity in cash, Venmo, or by adding to the credit card being used at check out.
All guests who cancel within the 24-hour cancellation or whom "No Show" to any appointment may be required to leave a 50% deposit for their future service. In the event where the stylist requires a deposit, it will be non-refundable if canceled within the requested 24-hour time frame.
Out of respect for our guests, services for clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be honored at management and/or stylist’s discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as needed to stay on time for all following appointments.
